No the oven does not include a microwave 
 2. Can this product toast bread? 
 This product is not a toaster and does not have a broiler 
3. Airfry and Convection Bake -what’s the difference? 
 Both functions heat food quickly with hot circulating air. Use Convection Bake when you need precise temperature control and Airfry for quick, easy recipes like French fries & wings
4. How long is the preheat time for Airfry and Convection Bake? Preheating takes about 7 min. When preheating is complete, oven will beep 3 times and display ✓. Once you place the food and close the door after preheating, make sure to set cook time and hit START 
5. Why can’t I control temperature on Airfry? 
Airfry has one temperature setting:445°F. For precise temperature control, use Convection Bake
6. Why does the oven stop working? 
If you opened the door while cooking, make sure to press START button when door is closed again
