What’s new with Excellence? What’s the same?
We’ve replaced the pre-color treatment with a new salon inspired after color shampoo that cleanses the scalp and hair of excess residue. We have some new models on the front of box but don’t worry, your shade & color is the same you’ve always known!
Does this get darker the longer you leave it on?
For the L'Oreal Excellence Creme, the longer the product is on to process the darker the result will be because it continues to deposit color
What do you recommend if I don't like the smell of my hair after I color it?
You can care for your hair afterwards with L'Oreal EverPure Shampoo & Conditioner. These products are sulfate free and help protect the hair color from fading.
My gray is beginning to be more stubborn and I need to color more often. Is it safe to use every three weeks?
We suggest coloring every 4 weeks or you may use our temporary spray Magic Root Cover Up in between applications.
Does this product contain bleach?
The L'Oreal Excellence Creme Hair Color is not a bleach. The product contains ammonia and peroxide but not bleach. If a product contains bleach, there will be packets of bleaching powder in the product.
