Only the heart of the cacao bean is roasted, the nib, to produce a consistent chocolate flavor.

We refine the chocolate to micro particle sizes, for a creamy texture and velvety melting sensation.

This allows chocolate to be coated with a layer of cocoa butter resulting in a smoother, more intense chocolate flavor.
