Dulce de Leche Shake

Creamy Pumpkin Pie

La Lechera Fruit Parfait

Step 1: Place ice cream, milk, coffee and dulce de leche in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately garnished with ground cinnamon.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 425° F. Step 2: Mix eggs in a large bowl with a whisk. Then stir in sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin, evaporated milk, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves. Pour into pie shell. Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.

Step 1: Layer chocolate wafer cookie pieces, whipped topping, La Lechera, bananas and strawberries evenly in four dessert cups. Top each cup with Maria cookie and garnish with additional whipped topping and La Lechera.
