- 1.5 oz. Four Roses Bourbon
- .5 oz. Brown Sugar Simple Syrup
- .25 oz. Lemon Juice
- .75 oz. Apple Cider
Dry Sparkling Wine
- Garnish: Freshly grated Cinnamon, Apple Slice and/or Lemon Wheel
Combine all ingredients (except sparkling
wine) into a mixing tin. Shake for fifteen seconds or until cocktail is
properly diluted and well chilled. Double strain into glass over ice. Top with
sparkling wine. Garnish. Enjoy!
Batch Recipe: 1 750ml bottle of Four Roses Bourbon, 8 ounces brown sugar simple syrup, 4 ounces lemon juice, 12 ounces apple cider
16 ounces sparkling wine. Garnish: freshly grated cinnamon, apple

Syrup recipe: Brown Sugar Syrup: Combine equal parts
brown sugar and hot water. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool to room
temperature.
