MEET THE INTRINSIC FAMILY

Red Blend

A Red Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec features an extended Maceration that adds a signature texture and structure. 50% of the fruit sourced is from sites in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA, home to great red fruit in the Columbia Valley.  This wine opens with refined notes of raspberry, white tea leaves, with a hint of fresh mint and lavender.

Sauvignon Blanc

A 100% Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc with layered complexity, texture and minerality in a very ripe style. A small percentage of grapes are added "whole-cluster" to some of the tanks which pushes the fruit intensity.  A bright and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc with notes of delicate ripe grapefruit, white peach and sweet lime with a hint of lavender, white flower and eucalyptus.

Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from a variety of vineyards around the Columbia Valley, these diverse vineyards add fruit with a range of flavors that creates a finished wine with complexity. Extend skin contact extracts rich, bold flavors, mellows tannins and creates a silky texture. 10% of the wine was fermented in concrete tanks, highlighting the mineral character of the wine. Resulting in flavors with tones of blueberry jam, pomegranate and chocolate.

INTRINSIC LABEL INSPIRATION

The work of NYC street artist Zimer's "Lady in Red" in Jersey City was the inspiration behind the INTRINSIC Cabernet Sauvignon label.
Street art bears an uncanny resemblance to winemaking. For both, the environment affects the final art, resulting in collaboration between artist and landscape.
